Financial reporting
Know what is outstanding without rebuilding the report.
See aged payables and receivables using information tied directly to your financial records, by entity, supplier, customer and currency.
| supplier | current | under one month | one month | two months | three months | older |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| supplier one | 8,200.00 | 3,100.00 | 1,400.00 | |||
| supplier two | 2,650.00 | 4,800.00 | 310.00 | |||
| supplier three | 1,940.00 | 760.00 |
Your financial report shouldn't depend on someone's spreadsheet.
Every reporting cycle can mean exporting data, cleaning it, applying calculations, checking balances and rebuilding the same report again. The information already exists. The manual preparation is what takes the time.
Keep entities and currencies separate.
When your business operates across multiple entities, reporting should reflect each organisation's own financial context and base currency.
Eight toggles, each one visible
Negative invoices, credit notes, overpayments and prepayments can each be included or excluded, separately for payables and for receivables. All eight toggles default to off. Each configuration is labelled to show whether the result matches your accounting provider's own aged report, or is deliberately narrower.

A detail sheet, and a summary that reads from it
Exported reports come as two sheets: a details sheet listing every line, and a summary sheet whose figures are formulas referencing the detail rows, not pasted values. Change a line in the detail sheet, and the summary recalculates.
